3 Subscription Boxes to Better Your Life

One of the small pleasures in life is checking the mail...unless you are a grown up and your mail is mostly a compilation of people reminding you that you owe them money. If you are a grown up and you want to make your trips to the mailbox a little more enjoyable then you definitely want to check out these three subscription boxes.

1) Loot Crate
Cost: 13.37 + 6.00 S&H

Loot Crate is a new company that releases gamer and geek swag (yep, I used that term because they did) monthly. They company launched in January of 2014 and all three of the boxes they have released so far this year are pretty impressive. They carry merchandizing deals with CAPCOM, DC Collectables, Marvel, Star Wars, and Nintendo. Here are snapshots of their last three boxes:

Their March theme was Titans, undoubtedly inspired by the release of Titanfall. Here is listing of what is actually in the box:

This subscription box runs you 13.37 + 6.00 shipping. You have to order your box by the 9th of the month and you will receive it sometime around the 23rd. These boxes average about 40.00 worth of products which is more than enough to make up for your investment. If any of you order a trial month using this link, http://mbsy.co/3J2Hv, I will have a giveaway from next months box. You can also enter the code APRILLOOT to receive $3.00 off your first month. I wonder what goodies will be waiting for me? Plus I'll do an unboxing video when my next box comes in.

2) Julep Maven Box
Cost: 19.99 & Free S&H

I've been getting this box on the regular for about a year now. I love it and it is highlight of my mailbox trips. Julep's Maven box is a beauty subscription box that normally includes 2 polishes and one other product. Let me start with the polishes. They are stellar. They have a great consistency and are long lasting. I have also accumulated their Bare Face Cleansing Oil, Cuticle Pusher, Mint Condition Pedi Creme, and many more products all of which I would purchase again. The only item I was a little bit iffy on was the Cleansing Oil, but it has come in handy as my skin has started changing over the last few months. I used to have combination skin, but now I seem to be just straight up oily. I also appreciate that Julep allows you to view and decline your box each month. Maybe you just have too much polish...you can opt out of the box for that month with one click of your mouse. Their boxes are also customized due to your tastes. They have 5 types of boxes: Classic with a Twist (mine), Boho Glam, Bombshell, IT Girl, and Modern Beauty. Your first box with Julep Maven is free, just go to this link and use the offer code FREEBOX in the PromoCode section.

I have a polish from my last Maven Box that is beautiful and I haven't worn yet. I would like to give it away to one of our Exquisitely Geek girls. Just complete any or all of the tasks in the Rafflecopter below to receive your entries. I'll post the winner across our social media sites Sunday.

3) NatureBox
Cost: 19.95, 29.95, & 49.95

NatureBox is a health and natural foods company that provides you choices of snack foods. You can order any snack food from their website to complete your subscription box of either 5, 10, or 20 full size packages. I'm particularly fond of their Honeycomb Sunflower Kernels. The company also uses some of their profits to donate meals to hungry Americans. These bags are super handy to throw in the car for a healthy snack for Treyson.

Do you guys know of any other amazing subscription boxes? They really do bring a perk to my month and I love opening them to see what new items I have to enjoy!
